Top marks for helpful approach

C&C Training Ltd were ‘absolutely delighted’ to have been chosen as one of the top 20 exhibitors at this year’s Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Exhibition and Conference held at London’s ExCel.

While C&C Training was not one of the biggest companies exhibiting, its professionalism and approachable manner paid dividends says company director Ruth Crothers.

Ruth and her fellow director Charlie Cadman had aimed for a professional yet approachable stand. Ruth said: “Our staff have a genuine interest in prospective customers’ needs and how they can help them.”

Their principles certainly paid off and being named in the Top 20 wasn’t their only success of the day as Charlie confirmed several large customers have signed up for training and projects.

C&C currently has two centres, one in Leighton Buzzard and another in Bury St Edmunds. It also has several other outlets in which to hold courses – an area it is currently expanding to meet customer demand. Staff constantly strive to meet their company’s motto: “delivering results through excellence”.

About the exhibition, Charlie said: “The event was exciting – I met some very interesting people.”
