I was thoroughly impressed with how the course panned out. Alison Darrington was extremely well prepared and provided plenty of resources, suggestions and material for me to use. The course was completely tailored to me and in no way generic.
More importantly, her manner and personal skills were superb. She spoke to me rather than at me- something that I hold in high regard. The environment she created yesterday was very open and honest, which in turn gave me confidence in the course subject and therefore allowed me to really engage with the day.
I will have no hesitation in recommending C&C Training and Alison in the future.
