I just want to say a massive Thank you to you and your staff for all the help and support we got from your trainer with our delegate on Thursday with his EUSR course. Our delegate is dyslexic, the trainer spent time with him on a one to one going through all the questions etc and he passed with 100%. Our delegate was dreading doing his EUSR online, hence we had him in the office to do it. When he passed, he was so chuffed and he even said he was proud of himself, which he should have been. Thank you for going above and beyond we really do appreciate it. All the people I have dealt with at C&C Training have always been very helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for them!

I attended the NEBOSH Construction course from September to December 2015 at C&C Training at Bury St Edmunds. From the initial course booking, it was apparent that it would be well organised. Friendly staff welcomed us to well-equipped classrooms and comfortable facilities. The course material was well presented, easy to use and tutors were experienced in delivering the course effectively to a time schedule. The NEBOSH course I sat with C&C Training back in April and May, after my initial trepidation my mind was put at ease by your extremely talented and knowledgeable instructors. The instructors engaged all delegates and pitched the course to suit the different levels of experience within the room, with weaknesses easily identified. All the instructors were patient, if someone did not fully understand an item and the extra time given if needed without effecting the other delegates. Homework was marked each day as a group discussion and as the course progressed it was marked individually with good advice given to where each delegate had gone wrong. All the course instructors were of a high standard and made the course enjoyable even with the large amount of information required to cover. I would like to mention the trainer, Becky by name as she was in a class of her own and clearly an expert in her field. I would not hesitate in recommending C&C Training in regards to NEBOSH training.

When we first met to discuss customer service training for our team it was a surprise to me when you recommended `one on one` mentoring for just one employee. My intention at the time was to provide an opportunity for everyone to benefit from training, not only for their personal development but it would also look good on the ISO training records! Your view was to highlight our weaknesses and find a way to resolve them. I was sceptical about the benefit of personal mentoring however following the 2 sessions recently, we have seen a considerable improvement in this persons approach to his work and more importantly to our customers. C&C Training provided me with a first class training experience to help me obtain my Nebosh Certificate in Occupational H&S. The best thing about C&C training is the learning environment they create, which is relaxed and feels more like a team outing than a class room.
