• Managing accidents and illness in the workplace
• Using a first aid kit and simple record-keeping
• Treatment of an unconscious casualty and resuscitation
• Heart attacks, choking, and shock management
• Use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
• Bleeding control, including catastrophic bleeding awareness
• Burns, scalds, poisoning, and fractures
• Managing seizures, asthma, and severe allergic reactions
• Eye injuries, low blood sugar, and fainting
• Defibrillator awareness and emergency response

Assessment & Certification

Assessment is ongoing throughout the course. Upon successful completion, delegates will receive an approved first aid certification, valid for three years.
