Working at Height - Including the Safe Use of Steps and Ladders
Course Objectives:
This course is designed to give delegates an understanding of the regulations, and what they mean for the employee as well as the employer.
Course Content:
At the end of the course, delegates will have an understanding of the following:
- Health and Safety Law and Working at Height Regulations
- Duties of the employer
- Duties of the employee
- Defining ‘Working at Height’
- How to identify the root cause of accidents in relation to working at height
- Safe use of equipment – ladders, steps, towers, MEWPS
- Risk assessment
- Inspecting equipment
On completion of the course delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
