I just want to say a massive Thank you to you and your staff for all the help and support we got from your trainer with our delegate on Thursday with his EUSR course. Our delegate is dyslexic, the trainer spent time with him on a one to one going through all the questions etc and he passed with 100%. Our delegate was dreading doing his EUSR online, hence we had him in the office to do it. When he passed, he was so chuffed and he even said he was proud of himself, which he should have been. Thank you for going above and beyond we really do appreciate it. All the people I have dealt with at C&C Training have always been very helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for them!

We recently booked a training course for our Marketing Team through C&C Training and have only good things to say about them. The NEBOSH course I sat with C&C Training back in April and May, after my initial trepidation my mind was put at ease by your extremely talented and knowledgeable instructors. The instructors engaged all delegates and pitched the course to suit the different levels of experience within the room, with weaknesses easily identified. All the instructors were patient, if someone did not fully understand an item and the extra time given if needed without effecting the other delegates. Homework was marked each day as a group discussion and as the course progressed it was marked individually with good advice given to where each delegate had gone wrong. All the course instructors were of a high standard and made the course enjoyable even with the large amount of information required to cover. I would like to mention the trainer,  Becky by name as she was in a class of her own and clearly an expert in her field. I would not hesitate in recommending C&C Training in regards to NEBOSH training.

C&C Training provided me with a first class training experience to help me obtain my Nebosh Certificate in Occupational H&S. The best thing about C&C training is the learning environment they create, which is relaxed and feels more like a team outing than a class room. I attended the NEBOSH Construction course from September to December 2015 at C&C Training at Bury St Edmunds. From the initial course booking, it was apparent that it would be well organised. Friendly staff welcomed us to well-equipped classrooms and comfortable facilities. The course material was well presented, easy to use and tutors were experienced in delivering the course effectively to a time schedule. The overall learning experience was excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending C&C Training for all training needs.

Having just completed the NEBOSH Construction course with you at C&C , I would like to say thank you to everyone involved . From my first visit the staff made me very welcome and were always on hand to help with any administrative issues or general queries . The course itself is challenging , but I the tutors delivery made it clear that they had a real enthusiasm for the subject with a sound knowledge of the course content, balanced with the objective to engage the student to participate during lessons which really encourages responses. At the end of the course I had no fears when approaching the exam, and it has given me increased confidence when assessing real life situations on current projects.

We have been using C&C for over a year now and they constantly provide quality and relevant content which is delivered through extremely bright, well-informed instructors who are engaging and professional. The content and presentation of the First Aid at Work course by the facilitators was consistently of a high standard, very well organised and implemented. The practical exercises were useful in offering 'hands on' experience and provided really informative day to day scenarios that were applicable to daily work. I just had to drop you a line after the Emergency First Aid at Work training yesterday to let you know the trainer Kathy was brilliant. She really engaged us all and kept us interested in the subject, was friendly and answered millions of questions. Kathy really deserved praise for how she did the course, she was lovely.

Our Company needs to make sure we receive the best possible training we can from our training providers and I can say we are more than happy with the service we have received from C&C Training. We have been using C&C Training for over two years to train our scaffolders in the City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined Space courses.  We have also used the centre to qualify our scaffolders on the SSSTS and Water Hygiene Courses and we have put through at least 50 employees and will continue to train with them for all our on-going training. I periodically ask the employees when they return from their training for their feedback and I have always been given positive comments about the training centre and especially the tutors which I believe is very important in the learning process.

Thanks for the impeccable delivery by Matt recently on the SEATS training I attended. I last attended training in Bury St Edmunds in 2012 and was very pleased to return once again. I have booked several courses for our employees over the last couple of years with yourselves, and shall continue to do so in the future. The ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm of all the staff there is a credit and keeps me coming back. C&C have delivered high end training courses for us and nothing is too much trouble, you always strive to accommodate my training requirements even at short notice. We have built a great relationship with you, and will continue to build on that in the future.

I was thoroughly impressed with how the course panned out. Alison Darrington was extremely well prepared and provided plenty of resources, suggestions and material for me to use. The course was completely tailored to me and in no way generic. More importantly, her manner and personal skills were superb. She spoke to me rather than at me- something that I hold in high regard. The environment she created yesterday was very open and honest, which in turn gave me confidence in the course subject and therefore allowed me to really engage with the day. When we first met to discuss customer service training for our team it was a surprise to me when you recommended `one on one` mentoring for just one employee. My intention at the time was to provide an opportunity for everyone to benefit from training, not only for their personal development but it would also look good on the ISO training records! Your view was to highlight our weaknesses and find a way to resolve them. I was sceptical about the benefit of personal mentoring however following the 2 sessions recently, we have seen a considerable improvement in this persons approach to his work and more importantly to our customers.
