When we first met to discuss customer service training for our team it was a surprise to me when you recommended `one on one` mentoring for just one employee. My intention at the time was to provide an opportunity for everyone to benefit from training, not only for their personal development but it would also look good on the ISO training records! Your view was to highlight our weaknesses and find a way to resolve them.

I was sceptical about the benefit of personal mentoring however following the 2 sessions recently, we have seen a considerable improvement in this persons approach to his work and more importantly to our customers. This has not only benefited the company but also the individual who now appears to be more highly regarded within the team.
